RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping V Shred Apparel! While we hope you are happy with your V Shred order, we understand returns may occur. We happily provide free US returns for any reason, for all non-final sale items that are still in new, unused condition with tags attached. You must request your return within thirty days of your item being delivered. Please see below for our full return policy.
If your item arrived incorrect, damaged, or otherwise does not meet our rigid quality expectations, please contact customer service directly.
Return Policy
- “Final Sale” items, which refer to marked down apparel and accessories, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Limited drops are eligible for exchange only within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Non-“final sale” items are eligible for free returns within the US and may be initiated for up to 30 days from date of delivery.
- Returned items must be returned in usable condition.
- All returns must have the return shipping label generated from your account.
- All refunds are based on the actual price paid for the product.
- International orders are not eligible for return, however, if you experience any issues with your shipment please reach out to our support team and we will assist in making it right.
- Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. If your item is returned in an un-usable condition, a refund will not be issued, and the item will not be returned to you.
- What constitutes an un-usable condition?
- Tags no longer attached to the garment or missing from the bag
- Missing poly bag (this is the smaller bag your item arrived packaged in)
- Any stains, marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear and tear
- An unusual odor coming from the merchandise
- Rips, tears or any logo or seam disruptions on the merchandise
- Merchandise that has been washed
Once the returned item is received, verified, and processed by our returns department the original purchase price of your returned item(s) will be credited back to your original form of payment. Allow approximately 5-10 business dates from receipt of the product for processing.
