great quality - fit is pretty small though, so if an adult I would go up at least a size. We initially bought the XS and ended up giving them to a very slim tall 10 year old - she loved them so much we ordered her a 2nd pair.

I love these V-Shred tights. I got them in 3 colors and wear them for yoga or under skirts. I'm 5'5 and weigh 115 and the small fits perfect. They have great support and wear well . They are NOT see through which for me is one of the best features. They launder well and keep their shape. I really am happy with them and glad that I bought them. ps I want them in yellow!

I love these leggings! I have a long torso, so finding leggings that are high rise can be challenging. These sit right above my bellybutton! The material is thick enough you can squat without fear, but not too thick that you’ll get too hot!

I DO like some kind of seam or stitching up the front - was a tiny bit strange looking for my body in the front with only the thick waist. So I would not choose to wear this with shirt tucked in in the front. Needs a long shirt
Lastly - it does have a tiny bit poly - shiny type look. BUT because they are so comfy - I will keep and wear. Compared to the Lululemon Align leggings I have (I have several different types of Lulu leggings and Aligns are my fav)- this one I like feel of these BETTER! But I like the look of Aligns better. Disclaimer- I just got these in, and this is my initial assessment. I will update after wearing.

2 things I love about these leggings are that they are 100% squat proof and they actually fit me!! I have the hardest time finding leggings that fit me around the waist and don’t suffocate my legs (my mom usually has to take in my leggings around the waist so they fit) these are one of the only pairs of leggings that I haven’t had to do that with!

Ive been a v shred member for a long time so i couldn't wait for these to arrive. As soon as i got them i tried them on and I was impressed. These are like a super powered second skin. I have some cellulite under my butt cheeks. These bottoms hid all that. My butt and thighs never looked so good and smooth! I wore them to the gym and they def stood up to the squat test. Ive been looking for a pair of leggings with the built in booty lift but they always have a tacky obvious line under the butt that i can't stand. But not these bottoms, the booty lift is the same color as the leggings so my butt looks great without drawing that unneeded attention of a dark line right under each cheek. plus the fit is just right and incredibly comfortable. These are AMAZING.

These are by far one of my favorite leggings! I got a size extra small, & I am 5’3, 120 pounds, athletic/slim body. Hips are 36 inches, & my waist is 24 inches for reference.The high waist is snug & offers a lot of compression.The leggings are also compressive and have nice detail down the legs that make my legs look slim. I got a ton of compliments at the gym when I wore them AND they’re squatproof, which i love because i workout a lot. I got them in the dark blue color. For the price, I was not expecting them to be such great quality. They remind me of another pair of leggings I have and love but cost double the price. 15/10 recommend them as they’re so slimming and form fitting!
